Thanks for trying to help me with my address problem! You do go the extra mile - will certainly use you all for my next order - it should be to a "normal" address.
I ordered a birthday cake and a bottle of wine for my relatives in Bucharest; excellent service, on time delivery, lovely design, the product – Monte Bianco Birthday cake – fresh and delicious. To summarize – everybody was happy. It would be even better if the products description was more detailed and if in the case of wine, the customer would have the chance to select the brand when delivering. (NB – The delivered wine was very good – Spain, 2006) Congratulations !
Good evening, Mr, Stefan, Thank you very much for all your effort in the execution of this delivery. The surprise and the delivery were truly special. As always you did everything to ensure the expected result. Thank you
