Delivery, Return and Warranty Policy
Shipping is free for deliveries within specific cities or localities.
The delivery of orders is made by own partners or fast courier.

According to OUG 34/2014, flowers are products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
1. You can only return products that are not perishable and / or food. Consequently, flowers and sweets cannot be returned, toys, vases and baskets, can.
2. The return is made by sending the products to the address: Aerogarii 18, sector 1, Bucharest, by any courier you want.
3. The return package will be paid by you.
4. The package will contain all the documents initially received, as well as a written address, signed by the person who initiated and paid the order, notifying the termination of the contract and requesting the return of the amount paid, indicating the account and bank where the money will be returned.
5. The package must be sent to the Magazinul de Flori within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
6. The amount paid will be refunded in full within 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
The guarantee conditions are in accordance with O.G. 21/1992, Law 449/2003 and O.G. 174/2008.
The term of commercial guarantee of the products starts on the date mentioned in the tax invoice that certifies the sale.
