Delivery terms

  • We deliver all over Romania.
  • The flowers are delivered by one of our agents at the specified address in Bucharest and throughout Magazinul de Floris outside Bucharest.
  • Some of the Birthday Cakes from the full offer are available only in Bucharest, in the other towns we can provide fruit or chocolate birthday cakes. You will see in the description of every Birthday Cake if it can be delivered in Other Cities except Bucharest
  • The minimum time between placing the order and the delivery can not be less then 2 hours but please call us. The delivery is made only after receiving the payment receipt (For online payments and PayPal where the confirmation comes instantly you just need the system to accept your payment and the order is considered confirmed. For the other payment methods, the confirmation is made when we receive from you an e-mail or a fax a copy of the payment instrument that has been used).
  • The delivery is made at the place, date and hour filled by you in the order form; for further changes please call us.
  • If you send some flowers to a dear person it is not necessary to let her know but you should give us an hour slot when she/he is home and also the person’s telephone number.
  • We deliver flowers in Bucharest and Romania. Home delivery

Home delivery is made:

  • Bucharest - NO CHARGE
  • in the cities head of the region - NO CHARGE
  • in large and medium cities - NO CHARGE
  • in small cities and villages you have to contact us first (by email or by phone) to check availability and the shipping cost

When do we deliver?

We deliver every day (Monday to Sunday) in Bucharest between 8:00 and 21:00 and outside Bucharest from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 and 20:00. Sometimes we deliver at a special hour outside our programs but for that you have to contact us first. For that do not hesitate to call us by email or phone.

Last order for current day

We receive orders during the day for the same day before 17:00. We receive orders for outside Bucharest only at least 4 hours before the delivery. For special reasons you can order after 17:00 as well but for that please call us.

What happens if you can’t find anybody at the delivery address?

Depending on the situation, we can deliver to another person from the stated address and we can arrange with the addressee (you have also filled his/her number) the place and the hour without spoiling the surprise.

An old saying tells: strong essences are kept in small bottles - the same thing I can say about the services you chose to deliver to your clients. Although there are many websites offering services like flower delivery and most of them are very well promoted in the virtual environment - you are far better because you are fast, professional, helpful, you show empathy with your customer and that is because you care and you love what you are doing. About the competition, many clients have been disappointed in the freshness of the flowers, services provided and in the existing difference between the flowers on the website and the actual ones delivered. My mother was very touched when she saw a gentleman with a huge flower bouquet for her. The bouquet looked exactly like in your presentation (colors, flowers, decorations). WONDERFUL.
